The Washinton State's Natural  Resources and the Philippines have plenty of huge salmon, tuna, crabs and all kinds of fish, huge squids, how can we starve and live on PAGPAG? Go back to the provinces, even the poor can live with dignity. Here is showing you what I meant by Natural Resources..... make use of them.

These are SOCKEYE SALMON, the best salmon there is, it is seasonal and the most expensive. These were donated by a tribe in our county.

I cleaned them and stuffed with onions, garlic, cilantro and Cesar Salad dressing.Coated the outside with olive oil.

They are ready for freezing or baking. I only needed one for the Senior's luncheon the next day.

Anita slicing the salmon for individual servings. Baked at 350 for 25 minutes, the salmon was delicious.

Salmon was good till the last drop, we also had some foods catered, coffee was donated by Starbucks, and salad was donated by Sizzlers. I wonder if we can approach big resto in the Philippines for donations for the poor or the elderly? Would that be nice?
