Christmas at the Schon's, Dec. 25, 2008. I cooked for two days, and I was thrilled to do the CHRISTMAS TREE mashed potatoes. The Buffet, Tenderloin Steak in Madeira Sauce, Baked Ham with Pineapple glaze, Baked Candied Yam with Maple syrup,Carrots sprinkled with dill and lemon juice,Broiled Brussels Sprouts. Garden Salad, Rolls and Butter. Pumpkin Pie (Costco).
It was fun to prepare all the foods, we will have lots of steak and ham for sandwiches.
Our Christmas tree, all Christmas ornaments were collected by our late daughter in law Christine. Here Dylan is getting ready to distribute the presents. And with him is his dog Rottsie.
