It was another experience to treasure being with the lady Rotarians. Blanquita "Baby" Millado is one great community leader. If all vacant properties can be converted into community garden, we will be a better place to live in. The mini-Talipapa is the brainchild of Baby. Not only she had given a good place for small vendors, she is also earning from the rents of different stalls.

A vacant property across Baby Millado's property became a useful garden and a clean Talipapa. Ms. Millado, leased the property, cleaned it and rented stalls to vendors.

The place is like a small market, where fresh items are being sold all day.
