I am back in the Philippines to promote OVERSEAS FILIPINO COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL especially the SELF HELP NUTRITION PROGRAM which is now ROLLING OUT in different provinces.  I will try to present to you the real life in the Philippines, the GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY but mostly the GOOD.  Are you kidding?  I do not have time to go to the bad.  The UGLY? I have been taking pictures, no sensational yet after all I just arrived.
