GUINISANG UPO/SAUTEED GUORD

Upo is my favorite kind of squash.  I buy them whenever they are available.

2 cups upo, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup sliced onion
1 medium size tomato, sliced
¼ cup water
¼ cup oyster sauce
1 piece of steak, broiled medium rare, and sliced into bite pieces

Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes.  Add the squash and the  water and let the water boil.  Add the oyster sauce and cook until the squash is limpy, about  5 minutes.  Add the medium rare steak and mix, cook for another minute. Season to taste.
