Today's Special at Anita's Kitchen

While we are nourishing our souls by prayers, we should also not forget to nourish our bodies. There is no reason for the people in the Philippines to starve, there's plenty of vegetables, fruits, fish and oh boy, our country is so rich in Natural Resources. We just have to grow them, plant and keep our water clean and healthy and no dynamite fishing.

LUMPIANG SHANGHAI - with ground pork, cincama, green onion. Dip - soy sauce, wasabi and garlic.

Chicken Soup - Kapampangan way with Shell macaroni.

Guinisang BitterMelon, with pork, mushrooms and bell pepper.

Desert - Mango Float with Barako Coffee.

My assistant Chef, Dylan, 8, our youngest grandson.
