This recipe is so delicious, you will forget all about your steak once you get use to eating vegetables. I buy the frozen beans from Costco (this is not a paid commercial) and I love those tiny skinny beans.
I TBSP OLIVE OIL
¼ CUP SESAME SEEDS
½ TSP PAPRIKA
1 LB GREEN BEANS, STEAMED
1 SMALL ONIONS, CHOPPED
1 CLOVE GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
1TBSP SESAME OIL
1 TBSP LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1 RED OR YELLOW BELL PEPPER,CUBED
HEAT THE OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE FRYING PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE GARLIC, SAUTE, ADD THE ONIONS, AND THE BELL PAPER. CONTINUE SAUTEEING FOR TWO MINUTES. STIR IN THE
STEAMED GREEN BEANS AND ADD THE SESAME OIL. COOK FOR ANOTHER MINUTE AND ADD SOY SAUCE. STIR IN THE SESAME SEEDS FOR 30 SECONDS AND ADD THE SOY SAUCE AND CONTINUE SAUTEEING FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS. TRANSFER THE MIX TO A PLATTER AND SPRINKLE OVER THE LEMON JUICE.
