In CEBU (Mandaue) "Ancestor's Pension House" of ELI PEREZ (Nov. 28, 2007)

I was allowed to use the kitchen of Pension house, I just came to Cebu to cook and meet my hosts Eli and Lorna Perez.

This is the Pancit Canton, and I fed the whole crew of the Ancestor's Pension House first, and I got compliment for the Canton ala Chinese cooking of course. Cantong may sabaw.
