Our group is composed of the FAMILY, especially little Dylan, our youngest grandson who helps in the kitchen.  The kitchen’s customer are the immediate family, including the family of our son, Carl and his wife Carlyn in Spokane, Washington, their three sons, Brennan who always request for PINAKBET and Camyrin and Kyle who would order their favorite Dinuguan recipe. At times, I would drive for 300 miles to cook for Carl’s family their favorite foods.  Our daughter Dinah and her three daughters Raelani, Stormy, and Carly and grandsons Diego and Andrew are the frequent customers, and also our  son Bryan and his two sons, Rylan and Dylan.    

Of course the OVERSEAS FILIPINO COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL is the biggest and most influential force behind the ANITA’S KITCHEN.  In the Philippines, Anita’s Kitchen was on wheels, I will be sharing the experience with you in Anita’s Escapade section, as I relate the days I was in the country.
